# Create Wallet

### Getting Started: Create a Wallet to Receive $LIVE Tokens

To participate in the LivLive opportunity and receive your $LIVE tokens, you'll need a wallet that supports ERC-20 tokens and WalletConnect. Follow the steps below to get set up quickly and securely.

WalletConnect is an open-source protocol that allows you to connect your crypto wallet (like MetaMask, Trust Wallet, or Coinbase Wallet) to dApps (decentralized applications) via a secure QR code or deep link, without needing to enter private keys or passwords on the site.

Why it Matters:

* Secure: Your wallet stays on your device, the $LIVE presale site never sees your keys.
* Cross-platform: Works across mobile and desktop.
* Widely supported: Compatible with hundreds of wallets and dApps.

It lets you securely link your wallet to the LivLive platform, making it easy to contribute and manage your token allocation without exposing your private keys.

### **1. Choose Your Wallet**

Select a trusted wallet that supports WalletConnect. We recommend:

* MetaMask (ideal for desktop browsers)
* Trust Wallet (great for mobile users)
* Coinbase Wallet
* Phantom 

Please do not use a centralized exchange wallet as they won't show your $LIVE tokens. Once we list the $LIVE tokens on a centralized exchange we will notify the community.

### **2. Create Your Wallet Account**

Once you’ve selected your wallet, follow the in-app instructions to create your account.

* Set a strong password
* Store your recovery phrase in a safe, offline location
* Enable two-factor authentication if available

Your wallet will act as your access point to receive $LIVE tokens and, later, participate in the LivLive utility ecosystem.

### **3. Purchase to Receive $LIVE**

Once your wallet is ready, visit [www.livlive.com](http://www.livlive.com) and click the "Buy Now" button.

* Connect your wallet via WalletConnect
* Choose your payment method (crypto or fiat via card)
* Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your contribution
