It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your participation complies with the laws and regulations of your local jurisdiction. ### **Sanctioned and High-Risk Regions** Access is also restricted for individuals or entities located in or associated with countries subject to international sanctions or designated as high-risk or non-cooperative by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF). These include but are not limited to: * Afghanistan * Belarus * Cuba * Iran * North Korea * Sudan & South Sudan * Syria * Venezuela * Myanmar ### **Regulatory Note** Our offering is not available in any region where such participation is restricted or prohibited by local law, including services or jurisdictions under review for compliance. ### Arbitration You and the issuer of the $LIVE Token agree that any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with the $LIVE Token will be resolved exclusively by means of individual arbitration. You and the issuer of the $LIVE Token agree that such disputes will be settled in accordance with the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (“CEDR”) Model Mediation Procedures, and a mediator shall be nominated by the CEDR. You and the issuer of the $LIVE Token are waiving your rights to normal recourse to the Courts of Law. ### No Class Action You and the issuer of the $LIVE Token agree that any claims brought against each other will be brought in their own individual capacity, and not as a member of a class of claimants in any legal action. ### **Sanctioned Individuals and Entities** Access is strictly prohibited for any person or organisation listed on international sanctions lists, including those issued by the U.S. Treasury Department, European Union, United Nations, or equivalent authorities. ### **Technical Access Limitations** You may not use VPNs, proxies, or any technology intended to disguise your location or identity to access our website or services.
